Organic Social Media Management


  • Utilized social media channels to influence $XXM+ of ARR across XXX+ accounts, tracked through marketing automation and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

  • Generated 1.1M organic impressions and gained 16.1k new followers across all social platforms.

  • Established social media channels as dependable inbound/outbound sources.

Graphic Design and Content Creation

  • Designed digital and physical assets to enable employees with branded collateral that assists them in providing remarkable client experiences.

  • Assisted with the development of Kantata's initial branding and visual identity following the merger between Mavenlink/Kimble.

Paid Social Media Advertisements

  • Managed monthly media ad spend to retarget accounts, gain followers, drive clicks, and spread brand awareness to custom audiences.

    • LinkedIn: Generated 4.8M+ impressions and 70k+ clicks through awareness, engagement, and follower ads sent to retargeting and lookalike audiences.

    • Stack Adapt: Used programmatic display and audio ads to generate over 14.3M+ impressions across various 3rd party channels.

    • X(Twitter): Gained 7.5K+ new followers at an effective Cost per Follow (CPF).

Community and Employee Advocacy 

  • Grew advocacy program to 2,312 (+94%) engaged members who consistently accelerate business growth and expand Kantata’s reach.

  • Created 500+ challenges to engage and reward Kantata’s employees and customer advocates with valuable content and insights.

GTM Enablement Platform Management
